Pine Martens

Pine Martens are one of the rarest mammals in britain. We are really lucky to have 6 different Pine Martens that visit our garden. We put out dried fruit and different varieties of nuts for them.

At the bottom of my blog I have put some of the photos that we have taken of these beautiful animals. I hope that you like them.

    I have never heard of Pine Martens - I will have to look them up so I can see what they look like!

    I now can see the Pine Martens - they are a lot cuter then I expected. Did you take the pictures yourself? How cool to have them right out your back yard. We live in the woods here in Indiana and I have deer that come right up to my back porch but I can't get a picture because they scare too easily. Thanks for sharing your pictures with me! I love them:)
