I love all those programmes ,my fav by far is Glee I watch it every Monday, it is such a great show and I love 90210 me and my friend Aela always say we are like Naomi and Silver.

Once my friend Anna and I saw some people shooting a film outside our flat, it was so awesome.

I also love the new Doctor Who series but I miss David Tennant he was such a great Doctor

Back Again

Hi sorry I haven't posted in a long time, my sister has been very ill and we have moved back to our lovely Captial Edinburgh so things have been very hectic but hopefully I am going to start doing my Blog a bit more

However, I am a bit devastated because I had to leave my beautiful pinemartins behind and sese the seal and my beautiful family of otters but now I can walk to art Galleries and home ed events and all my old friends are here so I do love Edinburgh but I do miss the Highlands very very much.

Morning

I know it is morning when I hear the birds sing.
I know it is morning when life starts to spring.
I know it is morning when I see the big bright sun.
I love the morning when a new day has begun.

Big Garden Birdwatch

My Mum and I did the big garden birdwatch the last weekend of January. We had a very cold winter in the Highlands, with temperatures in our garden somtimes at -15 so we had a lot of garden birds looking for food.

There were parts of the highlands that were as cold as the North pole.

You had to record the highest amount of any type of bird at any time during the hour that you recorded. We chose 11am.

Our results were

We had lots of baby blackbirds last spring, that is why we had 17 at the same time.

We normally have lots of chaffinches in the garden. We had over 100 on that weekend. But sadly it was not in the hour that we had chosen.

I have included some of the photos that we have taken of the birds in our garden. We love the hair on the Coal Tit, he looks like a punk. The 2 chaffinches were dancing in the air. Both Treecreepers were looking for our home made fat balls. The blue tit looked so cute on our seed feeder and the Robin landed on a branch outside our living room. Hope you like them.

Lego House

Here is a lego house that we made out of a big box of lego that we found in my brothers room. So my brother, my dad and I designed it and then started making it. Here are some pics of the finished result.

I like the garage and family car, the garden with a greenhouse, wishing well and water feature. We built a windmill , so our house could use renewable energy. can you notice the lego person on the toilet, to the left of the 2 people in the living room. I also really liked the cooker hood that my dad made.
